§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 150.01 through 150.04 of this chapter shall be considered a petty misdemeanor.
   (C)   A violation of §§ 150.15 through 150.17 of this chapter is a misdemeanor, per M.S. § 16B.69, as it may be amended from time to time.
