§ 111.08 TAXICAB DRIVERS.
   (A)   No person, either the operator or employee of such operator, shall drive a taxicab in the city without possessing a currently valid Minnesota Class C driver’s license.
   (B)   No person shall operate a taxicab or solicit or accept passengers for hire for a taxicab within the city unless the person has prominently displayed at chest level a photographic identification card bearing the person’s photograph, the person’s name, the words “Licensed Taxicab” in letters at least one inch high and the name of the taxicab licensee in whose service the person is acting.
