(A) This chapter is adopted for the purpose of authorizing the city to charge for fire service as authorized by M.S. §§ 366.011, 366.012 and 415.01, as they may be amended from time to time. The city’s Fire Department is engaged in providing fire suppression, fire rescue and fire safety services and is organized as a Municipal Fire Department under the laws of the state.
(B) In consideration for services rendered, the city hereby desires to set the following policy for emergency charges.
