§ 94.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   CITY. The City of Aitkin, Aitkin County, Minnesota.
   (B)   CITY COUNCIL. The City Council of the City of Aitkin, Minnesota
   (C)   PERSON. Any person, firm or corporation, and the singular shall include the plural.
   (D)   Where references are made herein to particular officers, councils, boards or agencies, such officers, councils, boards or agencies are those of the city.
