(A) No person shall own, keep, harbor or maintain more than four dogs and cats, combined, with maximum total of three dogs or three cats.
(B) No person shall run, keep, harbor or maintain more than two specialty animals, as defined in the zoning code, per household.
(C) An owner shall have 90 days from the date of birth of new members of the above species in which to comply with this section.
