§ 93.05 DOG BITES OR RABID ANIMAL.
   Any rabid domestic animal or domestic animal, for which there is probable cause to believe is rabid, shall be securely confined and kept from contact with any other animals or person. Any such animal that bites a person shall be quarantined for such a time as directed by the Animal Control Officer, law enforcement officer or Health Officer. The quarantine may be on the premises of the owner unless the Animal Control Officer, law enforcement officer or Health Officer requires impoundment. In this event, the owner thereof shall surrender the animal for the quarantine period.
