§ 93.02 LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.
   No person shall keep any dog within the city without securing a license from the City Administrator’s office or Animal Control Officer. The tag shall be attached to the collar of the licensed dog, by the owner. Failure of a dog owner to purchase a license annually or attach the tag shall be a violation of this chapter. Licenses shall be issued annually and purchased in the month of May. The license would expire on May 31 the following year. The cost for the license shall be set by the City Council.
