§ 92.09 ENFORCEMENT DUTIES.
   (A)   The Police Department, or other specified officer or agency, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   These personnel may inspect private premises other than private residences and shall make all reasonable efforts to prevent violations of this chapter.
