§ 90.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BURN BARREL. A barrel or barrel-shaped type object used for burning leaves, sticks, garbage or other combustibles.
   PERSON. An individual, partnership, corporation, company or other association.
   SOLID FUEL-FIRED HEATING DEVICE. A device designed for solid fuel combustion so that usable heat is derived for a specific purpose, and includes solid fuel-fired stoves, solid fuel-fired cooking stoves and combination fuel furnaces or boilers which burn solid fuel, and outdoor wood-burning stoves or units. SOLID FUEL-FIRED HEATING DEVICES do not include natural gas-fired fireplace logs or traditional wood-burning fireplaces in the interior of a dwelling.
   STACKS or CHIMNEYS. Any vertical structure incorporated into a building, or upon an outdoor solid fuel-fired heating device, and enclosing a flue or flues that carry off smoke or exhaust from a solid fuel-fired heating device; especially that part of such a structure extending above a roof.
   TRADITIONAL WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE. A unit (usually masonry) which is built into the wall of a house and has a permanent chimney. TRADITIONAL WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACES may have glass doors or metal shields to cover the opening into the room.
