§ 91.06 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.
   The restrictions set forth in this subchapter do not apply to flower or vegetable gardens less than 1,000 in square feet, except if they are within the buffer zone. In addition, all agriculture, rural or suburban, uses shall be exempt from this subchapter.
