If any person who drives a motor vehicle upon a parking lot or area becomes involved in a collision between the vehicle he or she is driving and any other vehicle or vehicles, parking upon the lot, the driver shall leave a notice upon each unattended vehicle with which he or she has collided, giving his or her name, address and license number. Failure on the part of any person to comply with this section shall constitute a violation of this subchapter.
