§ 70.35 LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
   Any damage occasioned to any vehicle found in violation of this subchapter by towing operations or the storage of the vehicle thereafter, shall be assumed by the owner or operator hereof, and no liability for damage shall be assumed by the city.
