§ 33.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES.
   (A)   The Council may establish charges for staff time, use of consultants, public hearings, special meetings or other Council or Planning Commission actions as are necessary to process applications.
   (B)   The fee schedule shall be established and adopted from time to time by the City Council by resolution.
