§ 112.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall have the meaning as provided by M.S. §§ 349.11 et seq. and any successor statutes, as they may be amended from time to time, dealing with regulation of lawful charitable gambling.
   NET PROFITS. Profits less allowable expenses under the laws and regulations of the state relating to lawful gambling.
