§ 94.21 THIRD PARTY MAINTENANCE.
   The city may, by resolution, designate the city’s Historical Society or, in its discretion, any other organization or third party, to manage and otherwise serve as the city agent acting on its behalf in maintaining and management any cemetery under the city’s ownership or control.
