§ 94.12 CITY REPURCHASE OF UNUSED CEMETERY LOT.
   A lot owner may sell his or her unused lot back to the city. The city will purchase the lot at any mutually agreeable price, but is under no obligation to repurchase any lot and may do so at its complete discretion.
