§ 91.27 RECREATIONAL FIRES.
   (A)   Recreational fires:
      (1)   Must be constantly attended by a person until the fire is totally extinguished;
      (2)   Shall not be conducted within 15 feet of a structure or combustible material; and
      (3)   Take place on the owner’s property and shall be a minimum of five feet from property lines.
   (B)   A means of quickly extinguishing the fire must be readily available for immediate use. Acceptable onsite fire extinguishing means include at least one of the following:
      (1)   Portable fire extinguisher with a minimum 4-A rating;
      (2)   A shovel with readily available dirt or sand; and
      (3)   A hooked up and operational garden hose or a water barrel.
