§ 33.07 MILITARY SERVICE LEAVE WITH PAY.
   (A)   Any employee who is a member of the United States military or the state’s National Guard will be granted not to exceed 15 days without loss of pay or time.
   (B)   The town will pay any such employee regular wages.
