§ 31.51 COMPENSATION AND ALLOWANCE FOR RESERVE OFFICERS.
   The Town Council may appropriate funds for the benefit of the police reserves as follows:
   (A)   Uniform allowances;
   (B)   Compensation for time lost from other employment because of court appearances; and
   (C)   Insurance for life, accident and sickness.
