§ 152.01 VACATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   In the event that any ordinances vacating public property or rights-of-way have heretofore been duly adopted by the Town Council, but the provisions of which are not set forth in this section, all such ordinances and provisions are hereby incorporated by reference in this section and are expressly saved from any general repeal.
