§ 150.02 AGREEMENT TO RESTORE AFFECTED PUBLIC PROPERTY; OPTIONAL PERFORMANCE BOND.
   The applicant shall agree, as a condition of the permit, to restore to original condition or its equivalent, as determined by the Street Commissioner, any pavement, surface area, structure or other public property altered or disrupted by the work governed by the permit. The Street Commissioner may, at his or her discretion and as a requisite of approving the application, require the applicant to post with the Clerk-Treasurer a performance bond in favor of the town sufficient to cover any costs to the town of restoring public property to an acceptable condition should the applicant fail to do so satisfactorily.
