§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   As an additional remedy, any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time for any one offense, and each day’s violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
