(A) Staff members responsible for contact with the general public will be knowledgeable about the Language Access Plan and how to provide services to persons that are limited English proficient in the languages identified through the assessment. Refresher information will be provided to our staff when updates are made to the LAP to ensure consistency. Training will be an on-going effort with the town.
(B) Employees will be versed with Translators USA, for telephone communication, meetings, public events, language poster usage, fees, cancellations and overall usage of the service.
