(A) Town “no parking” areas established; penalties.
(1) When signs are erected, parking shall be prohibited in the following described areas during the times indicated: on East Wall Street, on the side adjacent to the front property line of the United Christian Church and between the side lot lines of such church, at all times.
(2) A person violating parking restrictions, as provided in division (A)(1) above, shall be cited for a town ordinance violation and liable to a fine in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time, and each day that the violation continues shall be a separate offense.

(B) Posting of certain statutory “no parking” zones.
(1) “No parking” signs shall be erected and maintained by the town to require recognition and provide enforcement of the following “no parking” areas, as described by I.C. 9-21-16: on East Wall Street, within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to the fire station, on the side of the street in front of the fire station and on the opposite side of the street within 75 feet of said entrance.
(2) A person violating division (B)(1) above, when signs are erected, shall be cited for a state offense in violation of I.C. 9-4-1-114, and liable to penalties as provided by I.C. 9-30 et seq. (Class C infraction).
