(A) The Town Council shall determine and specify, by ordinance, those intersections at which drivers of vehicles shall not make certain turns and shall have proper signs placed at such intersections.

(B) The making of a U-turn by any vehicle proceeding along a town street intersecting Main Street (S.R. 75) at the intersection of any such street and Main Street is prohibited.

(C) Any person who violates a turn restriction as provided in this schedule shall be cited for a town ordinance violation and liable to a fine in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time.
