(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who operates a golf cart in violation of § 71.02 of this chapter shall be subject to penalty pursuant to I.C. 9-21-1-3.3 and shall be subject to fines for a local ordinance violation in accordance with the following fines:
(1) First offense: registration fee, plus a fee in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time;
(2) Second offense: a fee in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time; and
(3) Third offense: a fee in the amount as shall be set by the Town Council from time to time.
