§ 54.156 CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
   A user who willfully or negligently violates any provision of this chapter, an individual wastewater discharge permit, or order issued hereunder, or any other pretreatment standard or requirement may be referred to the prosecuting attorney or to the United States Attorney, upon decision of the Town Council.
