§ 52.18 DISCONNECTION; OUTSTANDING, UNPAID BALANCES.
   Should any customer who is a tenant relocate from one rented residence to another and leave any outstanding and unpaid balance that is due and payable on the water service account related to the customer’s former residence, the town may disconnect the water service related to the customer’s new residence until such balance is paid in full.
