§ 52.17 DISCONNECTION; MINIMUM CHARGES.
   (A)   Should water service to any customer be disconnected by the town, either voluntarily or involuntarily, no minimum charges shall accrue on such customer’s account during the period services are disconnected.
   (B)   The fee for reconnecting water service to any customer following a disconnection shall be $50 and shall be due and payable prior to the reconnection being made.
