§ 11.08 FILING AND PROSECUTION OF VIOLATION COMPLAINT.
   When an unsatisfied citation has been returned for violation of an enforcement provision of this code, the Clerk-Treasurer shall deliver a copy of the complaint and summons to the Town Attorney, who shall file such complaint in the name of the town with a court of competent jurisdiction.
