§ 51.04 FLAT FACILITY CHARGE.
   (A)   For residential and commercial customer classes, there shall be charged a flat monthly customer charge as follows:
      (1)   Residential: $7.50 per month; and
      (2)   Commercial: $10 per month.
   (B)   The flat monthly customer charge shall be in addition to any monthly volume service rates.
