§ 51.03 POWER TRACKING FACTOR.
   All electric rates shall be subject to quarterly adjustments due to the implementation of the Indiana Municipal Power Agency electric tracker. The tracker is calculated and adjusted according to the cost of power purchased from the Indiana Municipal Power Agency.
