§ 50.03 REMOVAL OF UTILITIES FROM PSA RATE APPROVAL JURISDICTION.
   The municipally-owned utilities of the town, being the municipal electric utility and the municipal water utility, are hereby taken out of the jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission of the state for rate-making purposes.
