§ 11.01 GENERAL ENFORCEMENT POLICY.
   Unless some different procedure is expressly set forth and prescribed by the particular title, chapter or section of this code containing the enforcement provision, the enforcement of any such provision shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
