(A) In the course of employment with the town, employees may have access to information, which is confidential, including, but not limited to, information about any new town projects, accounting records, personnel records, the community and their families.
(B) He or she shall not use, disclose or divulge the confidential information to any third party, without prior authorization from the employee/Town Council.
