2.10.010 Office Created - Term.
The office of the City Treasurer is created and established. The City Treasurer shall be appointed as the chief fiscal officer of the City and shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council. The appointed office of City Treasurer may be combined with any other office or employment in accordance with the job description and delegation of duties prescribed by enactment of the City Council.
