The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to the following:
A. The purchase of mobile home park by a non-profit corporation which is subject to the provisions of California Business and Professions Code Section 11010.8.
B. Special occupancy parks (e.g., recreation vehicle parks) as defined in Section 2008 of the Mobile Home Parks Act, Title 25 of the State Administrative Code.
C. Mobile Home Planned Unit Developments. Such developments shall be governed by the following: Sections 16.32.010 through 16.32.050 and Chapter 16.12 of this Code, and any land development guidelines for planned developments adopted by the City.
