14.30.080 Declaration of Public Nuisance.
When any relocated building or structure or portion thereof remains unfinished or unfit for occupancy after expiration of the time limit herein specified, any and all permits pertaining thereto shall expire by limitation and such building or structure or portion thereof is hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be abated as provided for in Title 8 of the Municipal Code.
