The Adelanto Municipal Code hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the 2022 California Fire Code, published by the California Building Standards Commission and to be codified in California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 9, together with Appendices B (Fire-Flow Requirements For Buildings), C (Fire Hydrant Locations And Distribution), E (Hazard Categories), F (Hazard Ranking), G (Cryogenic Fluids-Weight And Volume Equivalents), and H (Hazardous Materials Management Plans And Hazardous Materials Inventory Statements). Pursuant to California Fire Code sections 102.9, 103 and 104.1, the Adelanto Municipal Code further adopts and incorporates the Fire Safety Standards and the Fire Prevention Standards published by the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
