13.70.020 Application for Banner Permit.
An applicant for a banner permit shall complete and file with the Public Works Department an application which shall include the following:
   1.   The location, dimensions and purpose of the banner;
   2.   A facsimile of the proposed banner, including any legend or written matter;
   3.   The proposed date and time of day when the banner will be installed;
   4.   The proposed date and time of day when the banner will be removed;
   5.   Such other information as the City Engineer may require.
