13.65.035 Cost Reimbursement.
Applicants for a parade permit must agree in writing to pay or reimburse the City for its costs incurred, on behalf of the organizers of the parade, march or procession. Applicants will be required to post a deposit of at least one-half (1/2) of the estimated costs, with the balance to be billed to the responsible party following the event and the calculation and submittal of actual costs incurred. The City may determine, in its sole discretion, the manner and timing of payment.
