Upon submission of an application for a parade, march or procession, the applicant shall pay an application fee established by resolution of the City Council. Upon approval of the application, the applicant shall pay a fee or deposit established by the City Engineer estimated to cover the actual cost to the City of providing traffic control, regulation and law enforcement services determined by the City to be necessary for the parade, march or procession.
