The following words and phrases used in this Chapter shall have the meanings herein ascribed to them:
A. “Blinker Light” means a light whether colored or uncolored which emits an intermittent light.
B. “Person” means every natural person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation.
C. “Street” means every public street, alley, lane, court, place, drive, bridge, viaduct or trestle intended for use or used by the general public.
