A. Applications shall be presented to the Finance Department at least ten (10) business days in advance of the time that the proposed filming, taping or production is to commence when road closures are required, four (4) business days when traffic control will exceed three (3) minutes or when streets or specified special effects are to be performed and at least two (2) business days in all other cases.
B. The time for application processing shall be extended during those periods when the City is required to wait for the issuance of permits from other agencies and or public entities, for which it has applied.
