A. Pilot Cars. Pilot cars displaying signs the same as specified in Section 13.35.070 shall be provided by the permittee both fore and aft when the load is fourteen (14) feet wide or more and shall provide for either fore or aft for loads over twelve (12) feet wide (two [2] or three [3] lanes fore, four [4] or more lanes aft).
B. Restricted Hours. Any load or vehicle fourteen (14) feet wide or wider shall be restricted to moving during the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. and may not move from 5:00 a.m. Saturday until Monday. Any load or vehicle over ten (10) feet wide, but less than fourteen (14) feet wide, shall not move between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 3:00 a.m. Saturday until sunrise Monday.
C. Inspection. Any load fourteen (14) feet or over is subject to inspection by the Engineering Department and must be arranged for twenty-four (24) hours before scheduled move.
