13.15.090 Prerequisite for Building Ownership or Occupancy.
It is unlawful for any person to own or occupy in the City any building, structure or parking lot which fronts on a street without a proper number being placed thereon, as required by this Chapter. All streets, including all such private easements existing as of the effective date of this Chapter, shall be named in accordance with a City resolution, which shall establish names for such existing private easements and public streets, and a list of names for such public streets and private easements to be created in the future and the criteria for the application thereof. It shall be unlawful for any person to name or attempt to name any such public street or private easement, regardless of how it was established, with a name other than that name provided for such public street or private easement by the City Council resolution adopted pursuant to this Chapter. It shall further be unlawful for any person to use for any such public street or private easement a name, which is different from the name established for such public street or private easement by said City Council resolution.
