It is unlawful for any person to place any skateboard ramp, half pipe and/or similar physical structure upon which skateboarding, skating and/or other self-powered wheeled device is conducted, or which is used in conjunction with skateboarding, skating and/or other self-powered wheeled device, upon any public property, sidewalk, or any City, County, or State maintained roadway. This section shall not apply to temporary and permanent structures as part of any event sponsored by the City, in which the use of such structures has been permitted, or are a part of an approved skating facility.
