10.34.020 Operation of Devices Prohibited in Posted Public Property.
It is unlawful for any person to operate any self-powered wheeled device, upon any public property within the City where notice of such prohibition has been posted. This section shall not apply to persons participating in any events or classes sponsored by the City, in which the use of self- powered wheeled devices are utilized, permitted or required.
