10.30.120 Clinging to Moving Vehicles.
It is unlawful for any person traveling upon any bicycle, motorcycle, motor scooter or any moving vehicle of any nature whatever, on any public highway, to cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to any other moving vehicle.
