10.30.110 Riding on Motorcycles and Bicycles.
No person shall ride upon a highway on either a motorcycle or bicycle on a portion of said vehicle which is not specifically designed for the carrying of passengers, nor shall any person operating a motorcycle or bicycle upon a highway permit another to do so.
